"TERRIBLE"

Thought this was a high class dry cleaners to put my Versace evening dress in for a simple dry clean- how wrong I was. It came back RUINED beyond repair. Straps broken off, Versace buckles broken into pieces, holes EVERYWHERE, the length is now uneven (how they managed this I will never know) and it's lost all it's shine and changed colour!!!! Feel sick at losing such a beautiful and expensive dress by their incompetent hands. BEWARE!! .
