"Harris my cat"

I just want to say is , I was on holiday and my daughter was looking after my cat harris ,she noticed a cut on her pad ,plus she was not looking right so she called you up on a sat, she was upset to ask if she could bring harris down to shamrock st ....the person on the phone said sorry but not registered,,,,,,, she had to goto a private vet..... Harris died on the sunday,,,,,,,,,,,why ,why did that female not attend to this call ..
