"Not entirely fair!"

It's not really fair to criticise the PDSA when they are perhaps not given enough info on the phone to make a judgement call!! I reckon they do as fantastic job especially given their limited budget. I have always found them to be caring and efficient. I don't think you could get a better service anywhere. .
