"Staff"

I have drunk in this pub for past couple of years and I have found it to be a very friendly place, however it is when you just get to know the staff they all seem to change. The turnover of staff really is very high. Don't get me wrong, there have been staff that have worked there that I, as a regular, would not have given the opportunity to work there but there have been and are staff that I would quite happily have them pour my pint and chat away with. Wee James who used to work there was an excellent worker and very friendly towards the customers - why did he have to leave! Karen who works there at present is very nice and friendly and I enjoy her company and I would like to see her stay there working. Liz on the other hand does not have any customer service - very bitchy and makes customers work to get their drink by placing it about 5 seats away from them - if I'm at a bar, I want the drink placed in front of me, especially when i don't put the money 5 tables away from the bar!!! Anyway, enough for now - may post more at a later date ;-).
