TERRIBLE, I WAITED 15 MINS TO GET THROUGH THEN EVENTUALLY GAVE UP. ALL I GOT WAS " THANKS FOR WAITING ONE OF ADVISORS WILL BE WITH YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. NOT SOON ENOUGH .......
