Visited norma chesne hair in rutherglen and was greeted by lovely, friendly staf. After my consultation my cut and colour were chosen to suit my face shape and skin tones! I was delighted with my hair and couldn't thank them enough, best cut and colour I've had in years! Would highly recommend them.
