I cant for the life of me recall you but all the teachers i can when holy cross was overcrowded because they were knocking the tenements down we moved to strathbungo school beside cragie street police station first time i was taught to swim proparly instead of being thrown in at the deep end in calder streeet swimming baths anyway im living in co cavan ireland would love to hear from you jog a few memories after primary school some went to john bosco some went to holyrood and others went to various other schools the bus used to pick us up at 8.45 every school morn beside the wee park on govanhill st and inglefield st mrs flavin took the tickets we thought we were going to the moon from govenhill to oatlands gorbals but all in all it was a great school at that time my father was killed at work when i was in holy cross and the help and support i will never forget and im 50 now 4 boys and 1 girl sick of getting seperated tho ha be in touch leo gartlan.
