A review of Stirling Castle Bar by Anonymous written on Sunday 16th of October 2011
We visited the Stirling Castle early on Saturday evening for a drink before moving on for a meal elsewhere. At one end of the pub, a small group of people including a child and what seemed to be the child's parents were holding fort. The language from the adults, delivered at high volume, was quite unforgivable while the bar staff looked on as if this was quite normal making no attempt to stop it. I remember this pub from many years ago when it was a good place to go. Based on our most recent experience however, we will never go there again. .
