I would like to mention a young lady who dealt with my enquiry today in person, Ms Charelle Paterson. I can honestly say she is probably the most helpful member of your staff I have ever come across. Very pleasant personality, great appearance and extremely helpful. I was most impressed and would ask specifically for Charelle again if I needed assistance. Please convey my sincere thanks.
