Brilliant idea - the Swap. But not thought through. Perhaps you don't have the budget/administration to make it work ... But basically, this idea is a 'loyalty' idea - and one, if properly pursued, would put Blockbusters out of business - ie you're renting out videos. But there's no credit (ie you have to purchase on the day you bring your swaps in.) But with a loyalty card - I would love a fopp loyalty card - you could bring your swaps in any time, have your card credited, and then whenever you were ready for a purchase, have it taken against your card. What this is, fundamentally, is a membership scheme. Can I be the number one fopp member ...? .
