At The Beauty Connection we aim to offer result driven treatments in a professional but friendly environment. We do operate a 24hour cancellation policy but we are extremely reasonable about this if a client was unable to attend. A missed appointment with no phone call however is costly to the salon as treatment times for facials or massages can be long. Unfortunately the client whom felt let down as we did not honour the missed appointment as she failed to cancel. We would always make these decisions as fairly as possible.
