"REDICULOUS WAIT TIME"

Its bad enough to have to wait SO long but on an 0845 number when standard numbers are free on my network makes it worse.

I didn't find the female at the other end that helpful.She was not very pleasant but I suppose what can you expect when the people she has spoken to all day have been waiting about 15 min to get 1 minute of her time.

Not a very good service..
