"Hunters?i'd like to hunt down the manager!"

Very angry with the way myself and my group of friends were treated at hunters tonight. We had been planning on going out to christmas dinner and had booked the table in advance for 3 weeks. When we phoned up the person who took our booking knew we were only 16 as we made sure this was allowed and wasnt a problem. We were reassured it wasnt .When the day came, we got in , sat down , took our coats off and when ready to go order our drinks and starters e.t.c the manager comes over and has a very patronising tone to his voice to which he says ;do you have ID , my friend of course replied , no what on earth for? , to which the manager replied ; you need to be 18 to order , confused my friend said ;what ?! to order food ? no way . to which he rudely replied ;yes im the manager i think i should know the law , you'll have to leave. Fumid ,we stayed put - finally we worked out a strategy of having one of our friends mums come and sit with us and order our food e.t.c , he was very rude to her aslo and had the cheek to say he was very angry at his licence in jeapordy and all this rubbish of the day , fair enough i see his point but if his staff could do their job and give us the correct information in the first place we never would have booked there and wasted not only their time but our own . On top of that the food was bland , cold and tasteless. Very VERY disappointed , will never be back again . Even when im 18..
