"Christmas at the Glencairn: No cracker here!"

Just back from Christmas dinner at the Glencairn and it was awful. We were told we had to be there for 3pm as dinner would be served at 3.30pm - 4.47 before the first course appeared (best course) 5.30 for the main and what a delight that was (not). If you very unfortunate enough to be a veggie then it was over cooked mushie pasta with stir-in sauce with two tiny bits of garlic bread cut straight from a frozen bagette. We were starving so we had no choice but to try and eat it. Glad we never booked for the New Year!.
