I would like to appologise to the previous reviewer,

If the customer would care to contact me I will look into the matter.

The customer was quite entitled to turn the tradesmen away if they appeared unannounced.

I would have been more upset however if we had arranged for works and no tradesmen appeared which is the most common complaint against badly organised building companies.
