"Good work bu problems with phones"

A review of PDSA Pet Aid Hospital by Frustrated written on Wednesday 14th of March 2012

Do good work and have been bringing my 9yr Lab since it was a pup and never had a problem getting an appointment till now I have spent 3 days trying to get thorough to you. I feel the new changes you have made since I first came to your centre do not work this obviously needs looking into keep up the good work nurses and vets.
