"Whats the point trying to pay fines by phone!!!"

Constantly trying to phone and its either engaged or ignored. Its not physically possible for me to travel in to pay after work and constantly trying to phone is frustrating and worrying as my fine falls further behind. Please sort this service out if you insist on advising that it is an option!!!.
