We first came across the rug rooms by accident, approx 8 years ago. We went in and found 2 fab rugs straight away, however we did not have sizes with us. Jan let us take the rugs away with us to get a better idea which size we needed. No payment was made and she did not ask for ID, as it happened the rugs we took with us were perfect and we called the next day by phone and paid for them. My husband and I could not believe her trust and service, it was great. We currently have another rug on order from them (made to measure)and trust it will look great when we get it. Nothing seems to be a problem and they really do go out their way to help you, if you dont see right away what you want ASK, they will do everything in their power to help you. Keep up the good work you guys are a pleasure to deal with.
