The india quay is in no comparison to the himalaya..i have been there a few times, yes they have sum of the original staff but the food not as nice, also the girls that ran the himalaya are related to the owners of the india quay, so maybe it would be nice if they were all in the new himalaya!!!!!! and the very original chef !!!! yummy !!!!!!!!.
