At 4.20 on a Sunday I had several items of bedding in my arms and was looking for a pair of pillowcases to match. An assistant approached and I thought help was at hand, no I was told. We are closing soon. I asked what time and was told 4.30. I gave up on the pillowcases and took all my purchases to the till to be met with a dour face and a tut and to be told I was lucky they had not shut the till. I had over £100 of goods and would have been quicker if someone had offered me assistance to find what I wanted or had taken some of my purchases out of my arms for me. Good prices but do not expect typical Glasgow helpfulness in this store..
