I had spent many a day staring through the window of Mr Harold & Sons in pure awe - I always said my engagement ring would come from this shop! A few months back, my now fiance and I went to choose my engagement ring and the service was second to none. There were no pushy sales tactics or jewel snobbery (which I've often experienced in other shops) just first class service. I was given a vast array of rings to try and in the end my perfect ring was chosen, incidentally the 1st one I tried on. Importantly, their diamonds are of real quality, easily the best in the Argyll Arcade (in my opinion). Their knowledge and passion for their jewelry was infectious and both my fiance and I left smiling, so the price must have been good too (that was kept a secret). I had to wait 5 months to get my sparkles after that but it was certainly worth the wait! I will definitely be going back for both wedding bands..
