I am an overseas customer who had ordered health products to be delivered to an address in London for onward transmission to me in Canada. The price of the product was excellent and I decided to take a chance and order. Despite ordering 10 days in advance and paying for overnight delivery, the parcel did not arrive in time, had some mishaps on the way and was left behind. I hadn't realized then how convoluted the route was and how long it would take. However, despite my misgivings, Pharmacyathand's Customer Service team, assured me that they would be responsible for getting the parcel safely to Canada without any charge to me. Within 3 days, DHL was at my door. I was informed every day of the status of my parcel which was impressive. If they could improve the coordination between their warehouse and their delivery agents, they would avoid shoddy service reviews. .
