"Long absence from a dentist"

I have been walking around for a few years with broken teeth at the fron, hideous I know, I have been wrestling with my conscience for a very long time, I want to get these sorted out before I do anymore damage than I already have done to myself, I have always had a severe phobia of dentists and i know I would horrify people if I told them how long it has been.

Wish I could motivate myself and go.
