"Communication Failure at Cromwell Models"

They make some of the most interesting model AFVs on the market but once my order was placed and payment made things have gone rather quiet.This may continue for months judging by other similar comments from customers, until eventually orders materialise. They just do not answer emails and the phone seems to be always on the answering machine. We do not all have the time to come up to Glasgow and dig them out. Its very frustrating especially if one is an overseas customer. Why do they not answer e mails ? If they have problems let them explain them and the wait will be more tolerable. This attitude is in striking contrast to their excellent website and high technical reputation . A great shame.
