Was surprised that as I am renting a property which I am considering buying, that they would not advised me of the factoring fee or what I could expect them to do for this fee.

All I was told was that they would give this information to my solicitor if he was to contact them.

I requested a brochure which may help me to consider them as a factor for another property which I own, only to be advised that I would have to write in for

someone to contact me.

I personal feel that this is a very strange way to deal with the above inquiries.

I now feel that there is some true in the reviews of this company, and therefore do not look forward to dealing with them.
