I had some screws which needed to be filed flat at the person who had cut them for had left a ragged, the guy in the shop who cuts the keys filed them flat for me. Unfortunately that made some of the screws too short, I phoned the shop and the guy came up with some very good ideas of what to do to get the original long screws to fit the job!! Most pleasant and polite!!.
