"Most helpfull staff"

My primary school daughter has been participating in the summer school reading challenge again this year. We have been

regularly visiting the Milngavie library over the holidays. We have found the staff always to be most helpfull and polite , nothing is too much trouble.

On our recent visit, whilst looking for my daughters library card, I carelessly left my purse lying on the seat and left the building... Only once I had got into Glasgow did I realise my purse was missing... Retracing my stepps, I phoned Milngavie Library to enquire the wearabouts of my missing purse .I was assured by Darren it had been handed in and was safely under the counter waiting for collection..

Thank you Darren and colleagues for your kindness and honesty!
