" Not So Special Delivery"

A review of Royal Mail by Anonymous written on Saturday 3rd of August 2013

One small parcel from manchester to blantyre paid for next day delivery before 1pm

saturday 3/8/13 went to door to collect mail, card left saying Special Delivery Guaranteed could not be delivered as a signature is required.

On contacting complaints office to cut along story short they tried to contact delivery office to no avail delivery office did not answer landline or mobile phones

surly they should be held accountable for not answering the phones.

Now I am having to wait 48hrs before I can collect the item that I paid to have deliverd.

The sooner they are privatiesd & held accountable for their work effort the better
