A review of Mandors by Deprived of England written on Saturday 21st of September 2013
Hi, my parents moved to England so my addiction to Mandors has to be satisfied in the school holidays or when I can afford the train to Glasgow. I would love to come to the quilting sessions or any demonstrations.
I must confess that I am 51 and my parents moved to England before I was born. When I do get up to Glasgow I drive my son and his exceptionally patient girlfriend(a native of Glasgow, lucky girl) to distraction cooing over everything from curtain fabric to buttons. I make my choices then grinning like a Cheshire Cat I can go home happy. There isn't a fabric store so wonderfully stocked near where I live so roll on October half term!
