"BAD SERVICE"

My phone has been in for repair 3 times before carephone warehouse decided to order me a new one. Have been told 7 days delivery now 10 days and i am hanging on phone for 16 mins and still nobody answering me. Also was told on Sat that phone has been dispatched and the person i spoke to was e mailing store to contact me and still waiting.
