"Bad management mr dusty"

Clarence dr sorting office has detioriated in the last few years because of bad management,and not because of your postman.there have been three new managers in as much years, who have all left or went to other offices,and the two that are there now don't have a clue about the west end ie streets roads etc,and as for you can't get through on a phone neither can a postman if he has a problem , so here's my tip. If you have a complaint and want to speak to manager call ask for Karen ,but do it before 3pm because she leaves then. Good luck .
