"The worst company ever delt with"

No one should deal with this company. The staff are rude - at best. I have waited three months for an order that was estimated to take 2 to 3 weeks. I have been left waiting, no communication, all contact has been initiated by me and now that I am making a complaint I am being spoken to in ways that are rude and aggressive. BEWEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They are with holding a £500 deposit from me. If I ever get my floor I don't think I'll be able to bear to look at it after all of this..
