OVER THE PAST 20 OR SO YEARS,I HAVE LIVED IN A THISTLE PROPERTY, I FOUND THE MAJORITY OF SENIOR LEVEL STAFF VERY ABSENT MINDED I.E CAN NOT REMBER WHAT EXCUSE TO USE NEXT WHEN ADDRESSING ANYTHING RELATING TO THE Terminology FACTORING. I HAVE FOUND THEIR REPAIRS TEAM VERY ABSENT MINDED ALSO FORGETTING TO BRING THINGSS LIKE [THEMSELVES].AFTER NUMEROUS BEGS AND PLEAS SOMEONE MORE RESPONSIBLE LIKE THE Receptionist PROMISES TO WRITE IT DOWN BUT TELLS YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY ARE ININDATED WITH REPAIRS,WHICH MUST BE THE TRUTH BECAUSE IM STILL WAITING FOR NUMEROUS REPAIRS, FAR TOO MUCH TO MENTION TO BE ADDRESSED SINCE APRIL 2012 Caveat emptor.
