"CUSTOMER CARE AND DIRECT LINE"

'customer care' and 'direct line' - these two must be opposites. I cannot believe that Direct LIne have ever applied customer care irrespective of how much they claim to support it

On my third occasion within two days to attempt to contact Direct Line after 35 minutes of recroded music and meaningless words I decided to hang up. An insurance prpblem in our block of flats - everyone else (insured with other companies) has resolved the issue but I cannot becauser no one responds to any of my increasing number of attempts to contact/

Then this was returned - the name was too long.
