"Incompetent staff"

Item to be sent abroad by special post, i.e. item to be signed for, staff sent item EU !! The parcel address was USA!

I was asked what was in the package? No mention of the reason for asking personal information. Then she stated the drugs & firearm act to me surely she should have stated the 'act' before she asked the personal question? I did not want everyone knowing what was in my package; yes it has to be covered by insurance and that's fine but tax payers are helping contribute to staff wages who should do their job properly! Stop wasting customers time and money!.
