"Totally unreliable"

I have tried them several times and they are hopeless.

the last time was tonight, booked a taxi from Glasgow queen street to barrhead at 12.45 am -last train from Edinburgh gets in to queen st at 12.45. The taxi wasn't there, and they said they were still trying to find one...It was for my wife who was out in Edinburgh, now shes left hanging around the city centre at 1 am trying to find a hackney. what a joke..
