"Parcel delivered soaking wet"

A review of Royal Mail by Mrs margaret mcgrory written on Tuesday 11th of February 2014

Ihave been sent a parcel from the states it arrived at my door soaking wet and it is a hand quilted baby quilt which is now faded smelly and with a big brown watermark.

the weeks of care to make it have been destroyed.and it cost almost 19 dollars for my friend to send it.
