"No customer service!"

After a disastrous experience with M and Co's couriers Hermes, I was promised twice an online credit by way of an apology. This only happened after I made two telephone calls and as although the credit showed when I ordered, I was then billed for the full amount! I am now going to write to the MD, as customer service within this company is non-existent. I am now an ex M and Co online shopper. My advice is wait for a sale in the stores, as these are decent and reflect the true value of the goods, which are in my opinion a tad overpriced normally..
