"Horrible employees"

I phoned the taxi rank to ask for a taxi. The horrible woman who answered the phone said there was no taxis for the rest of the night! I went I to ask if she knew any other numbers before she hung up on me. I phoned back and she called me a '"little boot" and hung up. I phoned back again and she said I was a fuxkig ideot and was to stop calling.

Diagraceful service. Whoever was on duty at 4.50 am on Sunday morning the 1st of march should be sacked or disciplined or simply taught telephone manners .
