"Very poor service and customer relations"

Expensive and did not solve the problem.

On 24/2/2014 we had a blockage in our outdoor drain and called The Choke Folk to try and get it unblocked.

Their workman came out and wrongly informed me that there was a serious problem with the drain, which he would be unable to fix.

He demanded nearly £150 for his labour, even though the drain remained blocked.

In the end I used my home insurance to fix the problem. They sent out a workman who quickly solved the problem (a simple buildup of food debris in a pipe).

Choke Folk claim on their website that "If we don't clear it, it's Scot Free". However when I spoke to their managing director, he was very unhelpful and refused to honour this promise..
