"Excitement frizzled out"

Having been a customer a number of years ago I was excited to purchase a voucher for a discounted hair cut and blow dry at the st Vincent street salon. My hairdresser was friendly enough, but I did feel rushed and hurried out of the salon as soon as possible. No offer of tea/coffee. I had to ask about the products she was using - no explanations, even when I commented on how good/nice they smelled! I was going to purchase the volume mousse and hair spray, but decided against this because of the poor service.

My hair cut was fine, but I certainly won't be back. .
