I attended st gilbert's school from the day it opened, they had the best ever teacher's like Mr Mckeirner, miss O'rielie, miss ray, mr macolholm who married a pr 3 teacher I forget her name, mr clyde, and miss lavery was the head and mrs smith was the deputy head and in charge of the school choir that I was part of, I remember tiger tim from radio clyde 261 opening one of our school fete's and he wore an alfghan coat and brought his 2 big Labrador dogs with him,me and my my younger brother and sister also loved st gilbert's, I will never forget the good time's we spent attending that school 10 out of 10.
