"Wholesale disaster"

Ordered new bathroom came on time shrink wraped on a pallet. Opened it to discover wrong toilet vanity unit wronk sink only the bath was right. Had to take it all back in my car 2hr drive. HOWEVER the manager big tall guy was very helpful he put things right and refunded my delivery charge . I guess we can all make mistakes but in my experience they took my complaint seriously. I would still recommend the company..
