Took my car in for a air conditioning service .

Chap told me it's £44.99 and for another £10 they also clean system. Told him go ahead,and how long will it take. 1 hour he relplyed. That's fine then.

After 1 hour 20 min he came back sorry air con has been charged and cleaned but it's not working. I have to charge you £55.00, but if you bring car back in when it's quiet then I can have a proper look at it. How much is that going to cost I asked , don't no was the reply .depends might be the pump.

Anyway paid £55.00 and left.no way I was going back there again too get ripped off .
