Found them very friendly and eager to sell until I had to return a substandard case. They refused to refund my money and wouldn't give me a replacement, saying I had broken the USB ports myself. Things got rather escalated and they ended calling the police out on me, who recommended I report them to Trading Standards as they were clearly in the wrong. Needless to say I have never been back there again and certainly don't recommend them to anybody else..
