"Total shambles management are under the criteria that supposed to be met"

Total shambles management of aces not met management criteria sad to say but it is and you want us to do things in 3 hours that take 4 or 5 hours and when audit comes in and we hit under 90% its the asda aces fault but uet its clean as you go when theres no aces we get it from all management that talk down to you no thats all wrong and when ask for meeting with area manager its a NO so where is our rights here!.
