"They Think They ARE above ENGLISH LAW"

In December 2013 I Won a court case against them. They were to return to me ALL THE MONIES that I had paid to them. This was as The Local Council said. "As I already had an extension to my house". This "GARDEN ROOM" would not be allowed under Then "Planning Rules". Mr William Martyn called "Liam" by the staff. Said to me on the phone, THERE WAS NO WAY I WOULD GET ANY MONEY BACK FROM THEM, as they were a Scottish Company not covered by English Law. This was after his Father had sent me a cheque for the amount awarded. A cheque that he then had cancelled. When I then spoke to Mr Martyn Snr, He said he would re-issue the cheque, but the younger stopped even that. I have had an order made against there bank account, and just hope that I get my money that way. This has taken" TWO and half years". Due to the way" Junior" has conducted himself. I would tell anyone thinking of using this company , Do not. Just go to an English based company. That treat customers with respect. I would give my name too this but due to the way Junior spoke I would rather not. He said he has friends in London which is near to me..
