"Arrogant dispatch operator"

I called ip the operator as they had sent a text telling me my taxi was there and it wasnt. When the man answered the phone he told me it was at the main entrance. For qhat I knew I was at main entrance but I explained I was in a strange area and exactly were I was and he was very arrogant and cheeky telling me my taxi was at the main entrance were u ahd asked for it but his tone was shocking! Being a girl in a strange place with no near main roads I was completely lost even though he knew were I was he would not send my taxi. I had to hang up as I was to upset. Will never use them again..
