Ceiling has collapsed after a slow leak from the apartment above - no action taken by zone letting although they are aware of the leak through email and because as after chasing someone came around and took photos about a week ago. Tried the emergency contact/24hour maintenance number for Glasgow office - went straight to answer phone - no phone message to confirm I'd come through to the right people - Edinburgh number not even the option of leaving a message, line goes dead after a couple of rings. Not to the standard boasted about on the website..
