A review of Iona Community by Lynne written on Thursday 11th of September 2014
I went to Iona and i loved the beach when it was sunny. It rained one day on the holiday and we didn't have a tv but it was still good because there was lots and lots to do in the Mac where we stayed and Joe and all the other people made us have lots of fun and play lots of games. I had to go away on a boat to the doctors because i wasn't well and had rash all over my body but the workers helped my brother make me a pizza with lots of cheese as a surprise when u got back to Iona so it was ok and i felt better. We watched a movie in the abbey and it was called frozen and its my best movie ever, i know all songs. I saw lots and lots of sheep and when i said baa to them they said baa back and they were so funny and they were really really big and they were so funny and i got to stand really really close to them but mum wouldn't let me touch them incase they had fleas! I was very sad and crying whenbi had to go home because i wished i could stay there with all of my new friends and so i could see all the funny sheep and even the big cows even although they were giant and a bit smelly. I wish we could go back to Iona again and i wish when i am big i can move to Iona and stay in the mac forever. I wish there was a tv in the room so i can watch cbeebies but i don't mind even if there's not a tv i still wish i can go back to iona
